Payments, withdrawals and account verification
The casino does not publish a complete list of deposit methods on the site. FAQ speaks generally of credit and debit cards, bank transfers, prepaid vouchers and e-wallets. Specific names appear mainly for withdrawals: Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets, direct bank transfer and some Canadian methods. That is not a full cashier inventory. It is what the casino explicitly named in FAQ. Available methods differ by country and account.
The terms supplement process, not catalogue. The casino writes that a deposit does not debit by itself, but the bank or intermediary may. A withdrawal stays pending for 48 hours and is processed on the next business day. The player can reverse it until processing. After processing, FAQ gives delivery times: Visa and Mastercard three business days, e-wallets one to three, bank transfer six to ten days. A first withdrawal with a new method may extend verification by five to seven business days.
Minimum withdrawal is 50 USD according to FAQ, 300 USD for bank transfer. Bank transfer carries a fee in the terms that rises above 3,000 units. If winnings far exceed deposits across the Casino Rewards network, the terms mention a cap of 4,000 USD per week; the casino reserves the right to change the amount. Conversion to another currency adds 2.5% on top of the interbank rate. Limits vary by country and method under the terms.
Before payout the casino may request account verification. The terms name proof of identity, proof of address not older than three months and proof that the payment account belongs to the player. Documents must be readable. The casino may also request notarised verification. A withdrawal may not leave until verification finishes. The account must be in the player’s real name; a payment method in another currency can mean forfeiture of winnings. We did not test the speed a player will actually see on their account.
